I was thinking how I could introduce myself, and thought I could write my first post about the “about me” stuff, but then was like nah; I can do a about me page instead so here you go…

I was born and raised in Tillamook County, Oregon. For those that don’t know where that is, yes its the place for the famous Tillamook Cheese and Ice Cream. Its also about 7-9 miles away from the beach and the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. Which as I’m sure you’ve heard like me 5 trillion times (okay maybe not that many times, but it seems that way) we have the best coast in the world. I got my start in the weather department back during the “Great Coastal Gale of 2007” yes that is my storm; call me crazy, but I am literally waiting for a repeat of that storm some day. I dislike quiet weather, because its well quiet. If I could have crazy weather 365 days a year I totally would. I am 25 years old and am engaged to the most amazing girl I ever could ask for! I love her more then anything in the world, yes even the weather. My favorite kind of weather? Well thats a hard one; but my 3 favorites are; Windstorms, Floods and Snowstorms! probably the biggest 3 most impacting events we get west of the cascades.

Outside of the weather I am into emergancy stuff; such as listen to the police scanner and stuff like that.
